lesson on data logger
Every group had to cut off a leaf from their sunflower and bring it to the science lab. We needed to place the blue-tack on the leaf and placed the leaf into the bottle and stuck it to the side. We turned on the datalogger and we asked someone to blow gently into the bottle and immediately covered the opening with the carbon dioxide sensor. We switched on the lamp to act as the sun and we waited for 30 minutes. While waiting we checked on the status of CO2 in the bottle. we found out that the graph first rose up for a while and fell down again. After 30 minutes, our experiment was successful and completed. Conclusion:
Leaves need carbon dioxide to conduct photosynthesis.
Feelings:
We felt excited.

Observation on PBL lesson
Half of the flower has turned green and the other half has turned blue. The blue is darker than the green and the blue traveled faster than green. So the green is not obvious.
Our outcome did not match the prediction of the experiment. It was because the green dye was too light and half of the flower looked normal. The other half was already blue.Drop more of the green dye into the beaker.
